ABOUT

Life feels lighter when you stop carrying what you don't need.

Hello Lovely I'm Carol and I would like to take you from feeling stuck in your head to living with clarity and calm

I didn't set out to be an author, I set out to make life feel lighter

My first book, Simplify Your Finances, Multiply Your Wealth, grew from a desire to help women take control of their money so they could multiply not just their savings — but their time, energy, and freedom.

Then life gave me an unexpected lesson. During 2021, I spent five months living in a 38 x 12 foot space, waiting to move into a new home. Somewhere between the cramped cupboards and makeshift routines, I realized something: I didn't actually need a house. I didn't need more space. I needed less stuff, less noise, less complications. That tiny living experiment quietly turned me into a minimalist — and inspired my second book — Simplify to Multiply.

Not long after, I stumbled across the phrase "Silent To-Do List" the unseen mental weight created by every object, obligation and "should" in our lives. It hit me hard, and I knew I had to write about it, to help others recognise and release the mental clutter they didn't even realise was draining them.

That path eventually led me into the world of overthinking how it steals our time, muddles our decisions, and keeps us on the side lines of our own lives. My mission now is to help women clear the noise, find clarity, and take confident steps into the life they've been putting off for "someday".

With a degree in psychology, I bring a deep understanding of how our thoughts, habits, and environments shape our lives. Alongside my books, I create digital products — from journals to guided workbooks and planners — designed especially for women who struggle with overthinking, procrastination, and decision fatigue.

That's why I created The Unvravel Room as a safe, supportive place where women can gently untangle the thoughts and feelings that keep them stuck, and find encouragement, inspiration, and practical resources for moving forward with clarity, calm, and confidence.

Beyond my work, I'm a wife, mother, and proud grandmother to four amazing your ladies. I find joy in hiking, traveling, and creating tools that help women move past life's sticking points and embrace peace through self-understanding — creating a life that feels lighter, freer, and truly their own.
